PURPOSE:To prevent the formation of the ranges of dead angles in the case when a car turns to the right or the left by installing rotatable side mirrors functioning by the steering angles of a handle. CONSTITUTION:A horizontally rotatable mirror 17 and a vertically rotatable mirror 18 are rotated in such a manner that contact plates 10-12 on which positive voltage are applied and contact plates 13, 14 on which negative voltage are applied are properly contacted and detached by the steering angles of a handle and motors 19, 22 are controlled. Thus, the ranges of dead angles in the case when a car turns to the right or the left are approximately eliminated.
