CEMENT SOLIDIFICATION PRETREATMENT OF BURNT WASTE

PURPOSE:A wet system pretreatment is used to regenerate iron and nonferrous materials in burnt waste, thereby providing a complete closed system that keeps treated water locked in. CONSTITUTION:Burnt waste 6 produced in incinerator is separated into large size solid d and small size solid e, in the selector 7 in pretreatment system C. The system C contains a water reservoir 8 and a purifier 9, and clean water W1 is supplied from the purifier 9 to the selector 7. The selected small size solid e such as sand, clinker, glass, and burnt product are sent to a water separator 10, then to a cement-solidification-equipment 11. Treatment water w2 produced in the water separator 10 is circulated to the water reservoir 8. Meanwhile, the selected large size solid e such as iron and nonferrous materials are crushed by a crusher into fine particles suited for fluid transportation. The crushed particles f are washed and separated to permit iron S1 and nonferrous materials S2 to be discharged from the system.
