摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent environmental pollution as well as recover valuables by treating by heating the treated water of fresh fish and shellfish, deprived of solids by screen, to separate it into proteins and oily waste water. CONSTITUTION:The solids present in the treated water of fresh fish and shellfish, discharged from processing factory, etc., are first removed by screen, and then the treated water is flowed onto the water sprinkling plate 24 inside the heat treatment tower H, whereupon the treated water is sprinkled radially by means of the rotary sprinkling plate and falls down the wall of the cylinder 11. During the period, it is heated by the heater 4 and dissolved proteins in the treated water become denatured thermally to coagulate, whereby only the coagulated proteins deposit on the inside wall surface of the cylinder 11 and the other oily treated water is discharged to the outside. The coagulated proteins are collected by the scraping blade 22 and then purified. Thus, strilization can be concurrently made by the heat treatment, environmental pollution can be prevented, and the recycling of valuables can be attained.
