RECOVERING APPARATUR OF UNPAINTED PAINT FOR ELECTROSTATIC POWDER PAINTING

PURPOSE:To heighten the recovering efficiency of unsticked powder paint, by equipping dry process unpainted paint recovering hopper at the lower part of automatic painting zone provided wet process unpainted paint recovering venturi with the lower part and connecting the suction tube and also, facing exhaust gas tube against the venturi. CONSTITUTION:The powder paint 23 charged and atomized in the booth 1 and unpainted powder paint is collected in the recovering hopper 16 by downward stream from the air supply chamber 7. Air sent in the booth 1 from the chamber 7, is passed through the venturi 4 and air flowing velocity is heightened by the throttling action. Then, negative pressure is produced in the duct 20 and is acted on the cyclone 17. Furthermore, the paint 23 entered in the hopper 16 by the negative pressure, is sent to the cyclone 17 passing through the suction tube 18 and is recovered by the dry process. Also, the paint 23 not collected by the cyclone 17, is discharged to the lower part of the venturi 4 from the duct 20 through the exhaust gas tube 19 and is completely recovered by the water scrubber 5 by the wet process.
