Means (not shown) are provided for alternatively supplying gas at working cycle minimum or maximum pressure to a space between the actuating member and the valve member and also to a space behind the actuating member. As shown, the valve member is backed by a further actuating member 19a second stop 21 being provided for limiting joint movement of all three members.
