Coil winder with displacement between bobbin and wire guide - uses eccentric coupling to rotate wire round feed hole distributing effect of wear and converting rotary motion of motor into linear motion
The coil-winding mechanism has a corresponding type of bobbin mounted on a support. The wire is fed to the bobbin along guides. A relative displacement is produced between the supports for the bobbin and the wire guides. There is a main motor mounted on a frame with supports and coordinate mechanisms. The wire is displaced by eccentrics around the opening of the wire guide. This spreads the wear more evenly. The bobbin rotates around the wire guide. The eccentric translates the rotary motion of the motor into a linear motion. There are a number of pins which hold the wire against the side of the bobbin winding.
