Window catch in two parts - rim on bottom rail cooperates with magnet on sash with two positions

Window catch functions as a result of locking member fixed to the bottom rail of the frame which cooperates with a second catch component fitted to the window, one of the two components being free to move. One part of the catch is a semicircular rim which should be fixed to the bottom rain and suitably notched. The rim should pivot round into a rest and active position, respectively, on the rail. The second part of the catch should comprise a magnet fitted directly to a metal window or via an interposed ferromagnetic plate.
