In accordance with the improvements that are the subject of this Addition Certificate, the rotary internal combustion engine maintains the fundamental structure of the main patent with regard to the rotor and blades, but the configuration of the surrounding casing and central core are different, with the consequent difference in the chamber created by these two parts where the rotor operates. The position of the drive shaft in relation to the central core has also been changed.
