PEPTIDES HAVING STRONG LH-RH/FSH-RH ACTIVITY AND PROCESS FOR THEIRMANUFACTUREAbstract of the disclosure:The present invention relates to peptides having strong LH-RH/FSH-RH activity, wherein Gly in 6-position is replaced bydifferent substituted amino acids and in 10-position there isGlycinamide or glycin in 10-position is replaced by a NH-alkylgroup with 1 - 3 carbon atoms or a NH-cyclopropyl group. Theinvention relates as well to a process for manufacturing saidpeptides, and to pharmaceutical preparations containing saidpeptides.
