ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Fixing device for a rail intended to be placed on a track carrier consisting, for example. a founder-tion of concrete slab or ballast thickness based on a pla-te-form. The device comprises for each line of rails, a support table substantially continuous on which the rails rest: a resilient sole material of suitable thickness inserted between the rails and the support table which supports them, this being sole-te formed elements placed end to end to form a substantially continuous surface, and fasteners for securing the q-rails on the support table. On each ap pui table and on both sides of the alignment rails which is sup-ported there are arranged two jaws each jaw being formed elements placed end to end along the rails to form a jaw substantially continuously. the fasteners per-putting to fasten the rails on the support table by the inter-mediary of the aforesaid jaws.
