The fan heater has a housing for a driving motor, fan wheel and heating radiator. The housing is designed to ensure that heated air is blow out over a long distance. An air deflector wall (3) forms a curve around the fan (4) up to the air outlet channel opening. Parallel ends of this curved section define the outlet channel. - The wall is made integral with the housing base plate (1) or covering plate from a plastically deformable material or from a metal. On the front of the baseplate (1) and the cover plate are arranged seats (9) for covering grills.
