Dredger tooth pin lock - has engaging stop edges on pin and bearing bore, to limit pin movement in its socket

The lock is esp. for removable dredger tooth tips. It has a pin with side projection, which engages after insertion of the pin into a bore in a locking recess. A separate rubber section is inserted into an opposite recess, the section having hollows, which make its volume smaller than that of the recess. A stop plate is located between pin and rubber section. The pin (6) has shoulders (18) facing the rubber section (9), behind which engage shoulders (22) on the inner wall of the bore. This limits the movement of the pin towards the rubber section. The stop plate (11) is wider than the distance between the bore shoulders. The pin section facing the rubber section is thinner, and engages on a similar part of the stop plate.
