Fuel injection system for IC engines - alters fuel injection pressure to suit working requirements

The fuel circuit is provided with a fuel pressure accumulator (28) preferably topped close to a fuel injector to give a signal corresponding to current fuel pressure. This signal is fed to a comparator (44) which also receives a signal from an engine revolution counter. The signals are compared electronically and the difference is used to modify the fuel pressure accordingly.
