Vertically sliding window with guide rails - has tilting and sliding mechanism for locking panels in common plane

The vertically sliding window frame is made especially from metal profiles and has two sliding panels moving in opposite direction. The frames slide in grooves in a fixed frame and both panels are in a common plane in the closed position. For venting purposes the lower main panel can be tilted slightly inwards and it is then pushed upwards. Both panels can be tilted inwards into a cleaning position. This window arrangement is highly reliable and foolproof even if the locking arrangement between the guide rails and the sliding frames is moved in the wrong direction. The locking arrangement for the panels which are connected can be released in relation to the guide rails by the stop lug on the moving frame.
