A number of manometer tubes (9a) project upwards vertically from the horizontal tube, to bend over at the top, all at the same level, and forming part of an arrangement to maintain the required jet pressure. A pressure regulating valve is mounted at the end of the horizontal jet tube (3). The manometer tubes can be supplied from an upper tube parallel with the jet tube, and with a level control valve at one end.
