Wire straightener with variable eccentricity - has eccentrically movable rotating straightening orifice on frame controlled by actuator and driven by electric motor

The wire straightening equipment has several rotating guide orifices and an additional orifice allowing radial movement. The amount of eccentricity can be continually varied during operation. The hollow shaft driven by electric motor over a belt is fitted with five blocks, each carrying straightening orifices. Blocks are fitted in the hollow shaft coaxially, whereas a block is fitted to allow some radial movement. The protruding ends can be brought into engagement with a sleeve set rotatingly on the hollow shaft. The sleeve has inside surfaces sloping in one direction, so that by axial movement of the sleeve a variable mount of eccentricity can be achieved.
