The shaft (5) is seated in a heavy duty axial bearing assembly (2, 4) and fitted, on its free end, with a shoulder (8) resting against a bearing surface (7) and carries on its middle part a screw (15). The screw mates with a correspondingly toothed circumference of a ring (19) which acts as a supporting element against radial components acting on the shaft (16). The shaft (16) carries a cam (17) rigidly connected with worm wheel (15). Each eccentric cam has a connecting rod (18) seated on its circumference. The rod is connected with a ram fitted to the tool.
