The adhesive detachable label's thermoplastics coating (4) has a melting point which lies below the working temp. applied conventionally when the label is detached from the returnable bottle. The coating of the rear side is a thermoplastics adhesive pref. applied for labelling. The front side has a lining e.g. of aluminium foil. Raw paper (3) is prepared with thermoplastics material or wax so that a complete thermoplastics covering is obtained at least on the rear side of the label paper.
