Barbed wire production machine - uses split strip processed continuously in several steps by sets of rotary tools inside housing

The barbed wire production machine has the split strip processed in several steps and converted into barbed wire in a single run. A housing (1, 2) carries a number of processing tool pairs. The strip coiled on the reel (3) is fed to profiling rollers (7, 13) followed by punching rollers (8, 14) guide rollers (9, 15), rotary cutters (10, 16) straightening rollers (11, 17) and a punching/cutting roller set (12, 18). The machine also has a contact welding device (5, 6) at the inlet end of the machine. This produces a continuous run of strip. The finished product is coiled onto a reel (4).
