Water activation system - exposing water molecules to strong magnetic and electric fields

When water molecules are exposed to the action of a strong magnetic field between two permanent magnets, their dipole moment can be affected so that the molecules become activated. In that state they can cling more strongly to other molecules and ions of organic and inorganic matter and can cure surface tension problems. Apart from the permanent magnets, a Au electrode, contacting the water surface is connected to the positive pole of a d.c. source, and a Pt electrode in the wall of a glass tank forms the negative pole. A crystal at the water surface was kept at 18 degrees C to emit IR radiation in the water. Magnetised water was used to water plants and resulted in more luxurious growth.
