The lawn mower has a motor driven cutting blade turning about a vertical axis. The top side of the mower housing has a motor mounting flange around a cut out in the housing well. The motor (7, 8, 13) passes through the well cut out (4) with play and is fixed to the flange only at the bottom section (7). The other motor section (8) is fixed to the motor sections (7) passing through the recess via connecting mechanisms (9). A blower vane (17) (12) is connected with the motor drive shaft (16).
