The memory is intended for digital data processors or for technological processing controls with a possibility of changing the memory programming. It contains a decoder (2) with a specified number output terminals and log2 input terminals. Each input terminal is connected to the memory. An included coder (3) has a specified number of input terminals and log2 output terminals, a connecting matrix being designed for coupling of one or several decoder outputs to one or several coder inputs. The matrix has preferably two terminals blocks with specified number of terminals. Each terminal of the first block is coupled to an output of the decoder, each terminal of the second block is linked to one input of the coder. Some terminals of the two blocks are interconnected by specified number of free lines.
