The earthing connection point for varnished or lacquered metal construction panels depends on a hole made in the panel at the connection point. A bare corrosion-resistant contact point is formed on one side. A nut is welded to it on the other side. A pref. cylindrical or prismatic-projection (13) is provided at the nut (4) side facing, e.g. car bodywork (1). ITs thickness is at least equal to that of the body sheet (S). Its front side forms the contact point (10). The hole (7) is large enough for the projection (13) to pass through it.
