An attitude control for a car suspension in which the relative pressures and rates of displacement of the suspension dampers is monitored by a central control and compared with inertial sensors. The control provides correction signals for the height adjusting valves so that the vehicle tilts into curves for improved comfort and road holding. The control provides a fast response as well as a height control for the suspension. The response is fast enough to follow changes in steering setting.
