Chemicals replenishment for metal surface finish treatment vats - through hinged cover on lock chamber

A device to replenish chemicals required in surface finish treatment installations for metals specially in phosphatising vats, consists of a topping-up container on top of the vat cover which is designed as a lock chamber. The container has a lid which is removed to fill the chemicals for replenishment in it. Its bottom is hinged and can be swung down to discharge the contents by moving a lever which normally rests against a stop. This removes any risk of injuries by spattering etchants or corrosive chemicals during the replenishment of the surface treatment vats.
