Loudspeaker unit with sleeve-like textile web - enclosing crude round-edged box made of rigid foam plastic to reduce production cost

The box is made of rigid foam plastic (Styropor) of minimum density 100-120 g/1. Irregularities in the fabrication of the plastic box are covered by a sleeve-like textile web (8) that fits tightly over the outside of the box on al four sides and is fixed in place. The top and bottom of the web are folded over and fixed to the top and bottom of hte box by means of plastic plates. The loudspeaker can be cheaply produced and is durable. The box may have any size.
