Lockable rim cover preventing access to car wheel nuts - is fixed by key-lockable screw plug to hub disc fitted to wheel by wheel nuts

The arrangement is intended to prevent access to the wheel nuts of a motor car wheel. It comprises a hub disc which fits on the side of the wheel and is secured to it by the wheel nuts. A cover is fitted to the disc by a screw plug and is shaped to enclose the wheel nuts. A lock with eccentric pin is inserted in the plug and locked by a key. The lock prevents unscrewing of the plug.
