An electronic memory and computer device is used for domestic calculation of food intake calorific value. It is portable and enables easy calorie intake monitoring. The memory and computer case carries control keyboard and intake display. The computing section is operated using a programmable memory and a keyboard. The rated calorie intake is set using a keyfield, and an indicator displays the actual calorific intake. The memory maybe programmed either via input keys, or a programme card inserted into the case. The rated calorie input key field is arranged separately from a main key field, each of whose keys corresponds to a particular food. Individual food calorific value and total calorific value are separately indicated on two displays.
