Energy conversion system - combines solar heat collection through heat exchanger with biomass energy conversion to fuel gas

Energy conversion plant combines a solar heat collector section with a section in which the energy of biomass conversion into a fuel gas is utilised. The heat carrier medium is circulated from the solar heat collector to a heat exchanger. This is a vertical cylinder with a central cylinder in which the biomass, fed through a funnel, is converted in a fluid bed into a fuel gas. This heats a coaxial cylinder through which a pump circulates a thermo-oil. The heat carrier medium is converted to steam and fed into a steam turbine. This combination ensures that the power generation does not stop in case of a cloudy sky or at night.
