Two handled one man motor chain saw - has stops for swivel setting of housing in bearing on front handle

A front operating handle, close to the saw, and rear lifting handle as extension of the longitudinal axis, are mounte on the motor-driven chain saw, esp. of the one-man-operated type. The front handle (5) has a swivel bearing (7) on its end section on the housing side. The saw housing (7), with saw, is mounted in this, as a drive unit swivelling about the longitudinal axis (A-A). The swivel setting required is fixable by selectively detachable stops, pref. with a form-locking action. This enhances safety, with the operator able to retain a grip on the front handle when a changing position.
