The bearing is for an overhead current pick up for a toy locomotive. The bearing for the bow of a trestle part of a single arm overhead current pick-up is on the top of the body of a locomotive for toy railways. The bow and it's trestle which are current conducting are made from sheet metal, whilst the base plate providing the bearing for current conducting sections is made from a plastic material and is fitted with stays simulating a decorative bearing. The heads of the link pins of the sheet metal elements are located in front of the stays, with the link pins (6) having a much greater bearing play in the stays (2) than in the sheet metal link sections (4, 5).
