Conversion of window for double glazing - has peripheral seal and liquid sealing agent included with pane

An existing single pane window is converted to a double glazed window by the addition of a further pane, and a peripheral sealing strip. These are combined with a sealing agent so that a moisture proof and airtight joint is formed completely around the edge of the window. This sealing agent flows at ambient temperature, is at least partly non reticulated, is polymeric, elastic, adhesive and moisture resistant. This agent has a vapour transmission characteristic less than about 15g per 24 hours per sq.m. per 0.025mm at 38 deg.C and at a relative humidity of 90%.
