Perfabricated low and medium voltage transformer hut - has raised transformer support surface on floor slab carrying walls

The structure for housing low and medium voltage transformers has six prefabricated elements, i.e. a floor, four wall panels, and a roof slab, plus the means of assembling these elements. The structure is kept upright by means of pins round the edge of the floor which can be inserted into sleeves cast into the base of the wall panels. The roof slab fits onto the wall panels by means of mortise and tenon joints. The floor has a bearing surface with sufficient strength to support the electrical equipment housed inside the structure, this surface being raised in relation to the edge of the slab where the pins are located.
