Rotating platform for exhibiting large vehicles - has 'H' frame platform with all members telescopically adjustable for length

A rotating exhibition stand especially for large vehicles, has a platform (12) which is an 'H' frame in plan, mounted on a circular base (11) which locates at the centre of the 'H' bar. A bracket (16c) to carry the vehicles wheels is on each end of each leg (13c) of the 'H'. The length of the legs corresponds to the vehicle wheel gauge. Both the bar and legs of the 'H' are adjusted telescopically for length. The platform frame may be of rectangular hollow section steel members, and built up from two 'T' shaped (13) and one straight member (12a). The stems of the 'T' shaped members may slide telescopically into, the opposide ends of the straight member (12a), thus forming the 'H' frame. Ratchet mechanism may be used to control the relative displacement of the members. The wheel carrying brackets (16c) may be mounted on straight members which slide telescopically into the end of the 'H' legs (13c) using similar ratchet controls.
