The shaft (A) is supported by the ball race (3a) located in the wall (2). The other shaft (B) is able to move over an angle relatively to the wall (2) or the shaft (A). The end of the shaft (B) carries the balls (5) on the race (9) which is on the shaft and the outer race (8) which is bolted to the end of the shaft (a). A dust cover (11) protects the bearings. A disc brake may be fitted to the housing (17) which is mounted on the shaft (A). The shaft (B) is allowed axial movement relative to the shaft (A).
