The musical instrument has an electronic oscillator and a representation of a chromatic scale(B), the sounds obtained by contact of a pointer(F) with electric contact points (D) representing the scale notes. The intermediate demitones are obtained via a signel contactor(H) for the sharps and a further contactor(I) for the flats. The oscillator is coupled to each contact point(D) and its output is supplied to a loudspeaker incorporated in the housing, of the instrument or to an earphone (E).
