The stable frequency-temperature hyperfrequency oscillator has a resonant cavity (11) and a Gunneffect semiconductor diode auto oscillator or auto relaxator (15) fitted with two means of connection. The oscillator has mechanical means for adjusting the resonance frequency of the cavity. It has also a supply and circuits for detecting the hyperfrequency signals generated. One of the internal walls of the cavity (11) is fitted with a timetable strip (25) whose useful length is adjustable. The strips free end is situated near to a region of the wall corresponding to a maximum hyperfrequency electric field.
