Apparatus for the composition of a stereoscopic photograph, comprises lenses for increasing the number (N) of adjacent two-dimensional slides in order to form a number of corresponding magnified two-dimensional images. These lenses consist of a corresponding number (N) of plano-convex projection lenses, to project the magnified images on a lenticular screen. The screen has a width (W) with a photosensitive surface placed behind it. The projected image originating from each enlarged slide, of a selected object in the object field is essentially coincident with a point of reference, to form behind each lenticules of the screen a number of corresponding condensed images which are spaced apart (W/N).
