A tube of elastic fabric is converted into a combination garment by partially slitting a length of tubing longitudinally from each end and then sealing the edges of each slit to form twin tubes to act as sleeves and leggings at each end of a relatively short residual tubular body. A radiused opening for a neckline is sealed at the root of the sleeves. Opt the ends of the leggings are sealed transversely to form integral socks. Suitable for mfr of disposable one-piece underwear for workers subjected to radiation or exposed to contamination by hazardous materials. The seams may be fixed by stitching, adhesives or fusion, depending on the nature of the material used.
