The adjustable mould may be used to cast ceramic bricks with a transverse hole, and utilise ceramic masses flowing from a drawing plant. The mould has the hole -formers (2) with terminal cones (3) suspended from transverse beams (1). The beams span between parallel skirting bars (4) which are in turn mounted on transverse terminal angle irons (6). The beams (1) are mounted on spacer pieces (5) traversed by the skirting bars (4), and are adjustable for position on their longitudinal axes. The angle irons (6) are bolted to projecting slabs through elongated slots. The length of the slots is normal to the beams (1) and the bars (4) may be threaded.
