Transfer device moving moulded glassware onto conveyor belt - where transfer levers are operated by cams, esp. on multistation glass moulding machine

The moulding machine (e.g. is I.S. machine) has a row of moulds, from which the glassware is deposited on a row of holding plates located alongside a conveyor belt driven by a shaft and motor. A row of levers actuated by a row of cams is then used to push the glassware onto the belt. The cams are located on a shaft driven by a motor and gearbox, so shaft is driven independently w.r.t. shaft, but the two shaft speeds are synchronised. The holding plates are pref. fitted with nozzles fed with cooling air via vertical ducts connected to an air inlet manifold located below the floor of the factory.
