摘要
Water pressure is used to change the volume and thereby the weight of a moving weight and bellows assembly. This allows the assembly to drive a hydroelectric installation. A series of weights are attached to bellows assemblies on a non-extending rubber belt which passes over two flywheels. The weights are identical and the flywheels have a certain weight to produce a perfectly balanced system. The system turns freely in water and as one weight (A) is lowered, the water pressure causes the air in the bellows to be pushed out to decrease the total weight. The rising weight assembly (B) has less mass and thereby is raised by the lowering weights. The bellows are interconnected by pipes to allow air to flow freely during operation.
