Mono-ski for snow - is twice width of normal ski with users feet held side by side in safety bindings

The monoski (1) is used on show and has a raised platform (2, 3) on which the users boots are held, side by side, by safety fixings (4, 5). The width of the ski, at its narrowest central part, is equal to twice the width of a normal ski. It is an integral ski, made in identically the same way as normal skis. It can be made up of two half skis which are locked together, but can be used separately. They can be locked by notched bars engaging on studs, or by bars which fit through rings fixed on the ski.
