The viewer has a selection unit for determining the image to be projected onto the screen (3) and a screen position designation device both coupled to a control circuit (2). A transparent sheet (6) divided into elementary zones is placed over the screen (3), each zone incorporating a touch-sensitive switch contact, coupled to the control circuit (2), so that the screen position designation is obtained by touching the respective zone. Pref. each of the switch contacts comprises a pair of spaced conductors, brought into electrical contact by application of finger press, the conductors embedded at different depths within the sheet (6).
