Low head hydraulic turbine - has pistons reciprocating in cylinders to pump water onto turbine nozzle

In the device two cylindrical reservoirs contain water. A piston reciprocates in each reservoir and pistons are linked so that as one rises the other falls. There is a valve in each piston which closes on the downstroke and opens on the upstroke. On the downstroke the piston compresses the water and forces it from the bottom of the reservoir through a tube leading to a nozzle. The same nozzle is served by the tubes from both reservoirs. Water issuing at pressure from the nozzle rotates a turbine and then returns to the top of the two reservoirs.
