摘要
The prefabricated framed metal panel is used in suspended floors of a steel and concrete construction, meeting a prim. structural function whilst supporting permanent soffit forms to an in situ concrete floor slab. The finished floor is of an integral beam and slab type with the metal panels providing the beam webs, individual panels being rectangular in plan. Each panel edge is formed by a lattice work joist with top and bottom members formed by 'U' sections flange down and flange up respectively. 'V' form undulating bars are welded externally to form the webs, the sections being welded to angle irons at the corners. Lattice joists of a similar form but with twin bar booms may be used transversely, being located with timber filler battens to the head and foot. Horizontal reinforcing meshes are fixed below and above the side joist top booms, the former locating a plastics soffit form.
