COAGULATING SEDIMENTATION TREATMENT PROCESS

PURPOSE:To effect efficient and proper coagulation reaction and precipitating separation in the process of mixing a high molecular coagulant with a liquid suspension by a method wherein the high molecular coagulant of less than the specified concentration is devided and poured to different places in the transfer route of raw water. CONSTITUTION:The high molecular coagulant is poured for sedimentation treatment of the liquid suspension such as sewage, extraction or the like. In this process, an organic high molecular coagulant solution is prepared in a dissolving tank 10 to a concentration less than 0.2wt%. The solution is sent to a distribution tank 13. The solution is then forced into connection pipe 9 in the transfer route, from separate pouring pipes 17-19, while adjusting valves 14-16. This causes a thorough mixing of the high molecular coagulant with treating water in the connection pipe 9, and allows a proper coagulation reaction to proceed in the sedimentation tank 20.
