PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device which consists in connecting both ends of a rotational drive shaft secured with disc groups rotating and moving in gas and water to the bearings provided with a drive power transmission mechanism part and a float, respectively, and which has oxygen enriching efficiency of high versatility and good workability. CONSTITUTION:In an oxygen enriching device with a float, the bearing 4B at one end of a rotational drive shaft 3 is floated by a float 4, and the power transmission part at the other end (motor M) is driven through a universal joint 8. This is then driven to rotate rotary disc groups 2 provided with three-dimensional meshes 2C and honeycomblike through-hole screens 2D on the respective surfaces, whereby oxygen enriching is performed. Hence, even if the float 4 fluctuates, the disc groups 2 may be rotated and even when the bearing fixing at one shaft end is infeasible, the disc groups 2 may be rotated as far as the motor M may be operated by the joint 8 at the drive shaft end, thus the oxygen enriching in water may be performed.
