PURPOSE:To provide easy and firm fixation by fastening a guide supporting shaft to the column with the aid of the fluid pressure in a pressurization chamber. CONSTITUTION:A hole 24 for a guide shaft 4 is excavated in the foremost part 2 of column. A ring-shaped chamber 25 made in such an arrangement as surrounding said hole 24 with larger diameter than that of inside wall of the hole 24 shall have either circular or square, triangular form, etc. in accordance with the profiles of the shaft 4 and hole 24. The ring-shaped chamber 25 is filled with fluid 26 such as liquid, semi-solid body and pulevrized body. A pressurization screw 27 is in communication with the ring-shaped chamber 25 to pressurize the inside fluid 26 through tightening or loosening, and thus compresses the wall of hole 24 to fasten the shaft 4. The fluid pressure 26 produced by tightening the pressurization screw 27 is introduced to the whole ring-shaped chamber 25 to compress and fasten the whole wall surfaces of the hole 24, so that the shaft 4 can be fastened by a single action firmly.
