PAINTING METHOD FOR THICK PAINTING PAINT

PURPOSE:To make the three-dimensional patterning by the roller etc. easy and to give a beautiful finishing touches, by applying thickener having a water-holding capacity after performing arrangement painting or patterning of paint on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement painting or patterning, is performed on the substrate by using synthetic resin water emulsion type thick painting paint, such as acrylic group emulsion etc. About 50-200g/m2 thickener (for example, aqueous solution of methylcellulose) of suitable viscosity having a water-holding capacity, is uniformly applied on painting face before covering by film. Next, three-dimensional patterning is performed by using sponge roller or plasterer trowel. The patterning is easy performed and beautiful finishing appearance is obtained, because film covering of painted film surface is prevented by using the thickener.
